How can I tell if my baby has Gas and Fussiness?If your baby has gas and fussiness, your baby may have lactose intolerance.
If you suspect your child is intolerant to lactose, consult your baby’s doctor for a proper diagnosis.
If your baby develops lactose intolerance, your baby’s doctor may recommend a formula that is lactose-free like Similac Sensitive Lactose-Free, Isomil, Isomil Step 2 for older babies, or Isomil Advance with Omega-3 and Omega-6. If your baby’s symptoms are improved, this formula may be used for a few days or weeks. Afterwards, your baby may be reintroduced to a regular milk-based formula, if suggested by your baby’s doctor.
